The Service

The Service provides market data, statistics and rule-based signals about securities listed on the National Stock Exchange of India. Content is provided for information purposes only.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• One account is for one person. Sharing or reselling access is not permitted.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service, scrape it, or redistribute its content.

Subscriptions & payment

Pro plans are billed in advance, monthly (₹499) or yearly (₹4999), through Razorpay, and renew automatically until cancelled. See our cancellation & refund policy.

No warranty

Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomentumDeck is not liable for any trading or investment losses or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
